Following the principle of practising what we preach, we provide consultancy and support services for a number of technologies. These include:
- Macintosh: Two Worlds' principal, Richard Harris, has worked with Apple technology for more than twenty years. He was CTO of one of Apple's ten Global Media Partners (TDV), has consulted extensively to them and helped with the design and specification of a number of Apple technologies and products, as well as being a highly experienced user and configurer of Mac OS X and OS X Server.
- Networking: For both ourselves and assorted clients, we have designed and implemented secure wired and wireless networks (Gigabit Ethernet, 802.11x and Bluetooth), integrated public and private access points and created cross-platform studio infrastructures.
- Content Standards: We work with and to existing and emergent standards for online content publishing, content and identity syndication and device presentation.
- Publishing & Blogging: We have used a set of 'best of breed' open source and commercial products to create a flexible, dynamic and ubiquitous content publishing platform, the Two Worlds vServer. We use this to provide the collaboration infrastructure for any client project, to host this and many other web sites and to provide a tool for delivery and prototyping of online solutions.
